Rockin' Tumbleweed Candles is a family business born out of a love for candles. We believe scent is a very powerful thing. It has the ability to evoke fond memories of people and places as well as create a unique ambiance whether it be in the office, the car, or at home. We appreciate the power of scent and enjoy cultivating new and exciting fragrances as well as sharing well-known favorites. We would love to help you find the scents that speak to you.
Shipping, Returns, etc.

Shipping
We only ship within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item(s) to ship. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping will be calculated at check-out. Customers will be notified via email with carrier and tracking number the day shipment is released to the carrier.

RTCC offers free delivery to the Lubbock Metro Area which includes Wolfforth & Shallowater. If any shipping fees are assessed at checkout for local purchases, those fees will promptly be refunded.
Returns
Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase in original packaging and not used or damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of return.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please notify RTCC via email within 72 hours of any damaged or defective items. Please include photos of damage or issues. Please note that misuse is not considered defective; there are proper use warnings posted with each product and warning labels on each product that defines proper use Examples of defects include: tunneling, broken upon delivery, and unable to light the wick.
